HOW TO ORDER BESPOKE ROSETTES
All orders must be received on our order form please as we do not take orders over the telephone.
All orders must be in writing and all SPELLING must be checked as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes.
We require 28 days notice for all orders, but please contact us
as we are always happy to help.
Please make sure that we have the following information.

Details of wording/motif number/print
Details of the range and how many tiers/colours
Full postal address
Contact telephone number
Quantity required
Fixing required
Special instructions
**Every order will carry a £10.00 administration fee.**
You will also require a printing plate for personalised centres at a one off fee of £25.00, 2 plates may be required for 68mm and 50mm printed centres. Plate remains customers property.
Print change fee £0.75 per change.
**Long & complicated printing will carry a charge, please contact us for a quote**

All parcels will be sent with tracking and need to be signed for.

All orders to be paid for before dispatch.
Accounts will be invoiced directly to the person placing the order unless otherwise advised.
Under some circumstances we may have to substitute materials or colours this will be done if only absolutely necessary.
All measurements are approximate.
All rosettes are carefully packed in clear faced bags for easy identification.
Short notice orders will carry a surcharge.
In the event of any unavoidable changes in terms given and/or prices, advanced warning will be given whenever possible.
All goods remain the property of Rheidol Rosettes until paid for in full.
We have the right to amend prices at any time without warning.
