Our Team

We are a family run business, set in the beautiful hills of West Wales. We started as a small husband and wife partnership and grew the company over 20 years.

We now have a great team of people who help us manufacture the finest quality products, and we couldnt do it without them!

Andrew Kirtley

Andy is one of the owners and ensures that the workshop runs smothly He enjoys match fishing in his spare time.

Tracy Kirtley

Tracy is one of the owners and is based in the office, she deals with all orders, customer contact and administration. Lover of animals and an avid reader.

Nicky Evans

Nicky is the main workshop supervisor, checking orders, assembling items and generally our right hand lady! Nicky likes craft, growing veg on her smallholding and walking her dogs.

Bruce Saunders

Bruce is in charge of our machine shop and looks after all aspects of pleating ribbon and making sure our sewing ladies have work. He loves to read, enjoys his garden and is a bit of a train spotter.
