I'm new to your site, so how do I order?

Easy! Add any item and quantity to cart, check out securely using Paypal, NO account required.

Question about a Product?
We include as much information as possible about each product within the item details. If more detailed information is required please give us a call or email.

Colours 
Although we have endeavoured to try to give you the closest possible match to colours on our site with different computers having different colour profiles, monitors and graphics cards it would be impossible to guarantee a like for like match, please only use on screen colours as a guide.

Do I have to pay VAT?
Online store items include VAT, bespoke orders will have VAT added on invoice.

Order Problems - Part of my order is missing!
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order, .

Returning Damaged/Defective Items
In the case of damaged or defective goods, please send items back with an accompanying letter stating reason for return, original order information and full contact details, within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items do not have to be returned in original packaging, but Rheidol Rosettes expects items to be returned in appropriate packaging so as not to further damage goods beyond the condition in which they were received.

Who covers the return delivery cost?
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy - Refunded/Returned Items
We are happy to honor the distance sellers act giving customers 7 days to return click to buy products.

In the event that Rheidol Rosettes accepts the need for refund of goods, refunds will be made where possible in the manner payment was originally received via PayPal, any fees incurred will be charged.

We hold the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.

Please note: All rosettes have a pin fixing on rear and are not suitable for children under 5 years old.
